A shabby chic party inspired by all things vintage, floral, and lace.  The delicate details were all hand crafted by me including the party hat, fabric garlands, monthly photo banner, and the paper mache hot air balloons I created with vintage inspired papers.  Whenever possible I try to incorporate items with sentimental value for a special touch.  Some of the fabric I used on the garlands was also used for the crib skirt on Charlotte's crib.
